Lallemand at International Pizza Expo
Lallemand North American Baking exhibited at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas at the end of March. The key focus was promoting Flexferm (proof-tolerant yeast) to new and existing customers. To further drive this product, Phillip Lee Wing and Kees Docter provided an exciting formal presentation on FlexFerm to visitors to the Expo.
