Wines fermented with different wine bacteria - a big success at Vinitech 2016
A tasting was organized with the team from Lallemand Oenology in France of wines fermented with our wine bacteria during the Vinitech 2016. Many were curious to find out the real impact of the wine bacteria on the sensory profile of the wine. The proof is really in the pudding !
