Lallemand Oenology Tour 2018 - The many faces of freshness

The  9th edition of the Lallemand Tour will tackle different facets on the freshness of the wine and explore what lies beneath. Five experts during a 4 cities tour from the 16 to 19 of January will share their experience and knowledge. Alcoholic,  malolactic fermentations, aging, consumer preference are topics to be addressed.
