Lallemand Bio-Ingredients at Food Ingredients China

Lallemand Bio-Ingredients collaborated with our distributor, Shanghai Toong Yeuan Food Tech Ltd. (SHTY), to exhibit at Food Ingredients China 2018, at National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai in March 2018.

Lalmin® vitamin and mineral yeast products and Engevita® nutritional yeast flakes were the star attractions. In collaboration with SHTY, we developed and presented demos of biscuits containing Engevita® Vegefit and a white sauce with Engevita® VegeRegime. Customers were able to taste the samples and compare their improved nutritional profiles.

It was a good occasion to meet our business partners, customers and prospects. Our presence allowed us to support our partners to actively promote our ingredients and connect with those interested in our concepts and applications.
