Another Successful Edition of the Biofach in Germany

The Lallemand Bio-Ingredients and Baking divisions jointly exhibited for the second time at the Biofach in Nuremberg, February 10th-13th 2016. Biofach is the leading trade show in Europe for the organic food field.

The exhibition was an opportunity to present Lallemand as an organic yeast producer with a product portfolio serving the bakery, food, health food and oenology sectors.  Wieninger Bio and Instaferm® GREEN organic baker’s yeast as well as our organic nutritional yeast Bio-Engevita® and our organic yeast extracts Bio-Lyfe® were introduced.
